With nearly two decades of experience in staffing, workforce management, and business growth, Bhatia has played a pivotal role in shaping Quess Corp’s success. Throughout his tenure, he has led several key businesses across Quess Corp and IKYA Human Capital Solutions, holding leadership positions including President - Workforce Management, CEO - Staffing, Director - Staffing Solutions, and Vice President - Sales.

Prior to joining Quess, he gained valuable industry experience with Laurent and Benon Management Consultants, ClearPlus Inc., and JCT Limited (The Thapar Group).
