With over two decades of experience across payments, digital banking, and IT transformation, Linesh has led strategic initiatives at Speridian Technologies, ESAF Bank, Manappuram Finance, Wonderla Holidays, and Alchemist Techno Labs. His deep expertise in core banking, digital lending, product strategy, and enterprise IT uniquely positions him to shape Finch Innovate’s long-term strategic roadmap.

Linesh holds an Advanced Product Management certification from IIM Kozhikode, an MBA in IT, and an MS in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, alongside a strong academic foundation in computer science and technology.
