Lincoln Tech is integrating LeadSquared’s AI agents into its enrolment operations across 22 campuses in 12 US states, aiming to accelerate student enquiries, application reviews and follow-ups.
The AI agents will identify prospective students who are ready to move forward, flag applications with missing or incorrect information, and reconnect with applicants who have stopped responding. The initiative is designed to streamline admissions workflows and improve engagement with prospective students.
Lincoln Tech served more than 17,000 students in 2025, making efficient enrolment processes an important part of its operations.
The rollout will operate under defined rules, audit trails and human oversight for key admissions decisions. Lincoln Tech and LeadSquared will evaluate the agents’ performance before considering expansion into other stages of the student journey.
The deployment highlights the growing use of agentic AI in education administration, where automated workflows can help institutions manage student interactions while retaining human involvement in important decisions.
