L’Oréal has appointed Visionary Leader Divya Kohli as Human Resources Director for Malaysia & Singapore, marking an important milestone in her distinguished global HR leadership career.

Divya brings extensive experience in human resources, talent management, organizational transformation, people analytics, leadership development, and workforce planning. Over the years, she has held key leadership roles across renowned organizations, including Nestlé, Tata Consumer Products, Johnson & Johnson, Tech Mahindra, and L’Oréal, building deep expertise across diverse industries and international markets.

Her career has been defined by a strong ability to align people strategy with business objectives, enabling organizations to strengthen talent capabilities, enhance employee experience, and drive sustainable growth. Having previously supported L’Oréal’s Malaysia and Singapore operations before taking on broader HR leadership responsibilities across Australia and New Zealand, Divya now returns to Southeast Asia to lead the people agenda for two of the company’s strategically important markets.
