Jaypee Infratech Limited has appointed Prashant Chauhan as Head – HR & Administration (Vice President – HR & Administration), strengthening its leadership team as the company continues its growth and transformation journey.

With more than 20 years of experience across infrastructure, construction, real estate, engineering, hospitality, manufacturing, and financial services, Prashant brings extensive expertise in human resources leadership, talent management, organizational development, succession planning, performance management, workforce transformation, and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Jaypee Infratech, he held senior HR leadership roles with BCC Buildtech Limited, Mahagun India, M2K India, Samsung C&T Corporation, MARG Ltd., and ERA Infra Engineering Limited, where he successfully led people strategies aligned with business growth and organizational effectiveness.
