KreditBee has appointed Anurag Vishwakarma as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening the company’s leadership in people strategy and talent development. In this role, Anurag will lead KreditBee’s HR vision, culture, and leadership pipeline, driving scalable people systems to support the company’s growth ambitions in the fintech sector.

Anurag brings a proven track record of building and scaling people and talent engines in high-growth, complex environments. He has led global HR initiatives at Alldigi Tech, spearheaded multi-entity Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services transformations at Quess Corp Limited, and delivered outcome-focused hiring solutions through his entrepreneurial venture, TEAMPLOYER.

With deep expertise in establishing HR Centers of Excellence, executive hiring, HR operations standardization, and digital HR transformation, Anurag is well-positioned to strengthen KreditBee’s organizational culture, enhance leadership capabilities, and drive sustainable talent growth at scale.
