Kashish Kapoor has been appointed as Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Newgen Software, marking a key milestone in her distinguished HR leadership career. In her new role, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, focusing on talent transformation, organizational effectiveness, and building a strong, future-ready workplace culture as Newgen expands its international presence.

She joins Newgen Software from NEC Corporation India Pvt Ltd., where she served as CHRO for nearly a decade. During her tenure, she led large-scale HR transformation initiatives, drove global mobility programs, and strengthened cross-cultural integration across teams. Her extensive experience also includes leadership roles at IBM, ING Vysya Life Insurance, and Oriflame India Pvt Ltd.

With deep expertise in talent management, diversity and inclusion, and strategic HR leadership, Kashish brings a strong ability to align people strategies with business goals.
