Black & Veatch has appointed Industry Veteran Jerin Raj as Managing Director and Head of APAC & India, marking a strategic leadership transition at a time of accelerated infrastructure and energy transformation across the Asia–Pacific region. With over two decades of regional and global leadership experience, Jerin brings a strong blend of operational depth, strategic foresight, and people-centric leadership to his expanded mandate.

Prior to this appointment, Jerin served as APAC Deputy Head and Managing Director, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth across energy systems, grid modernization, decarbonization initiatives, and digital connectivity. His leadership was instrumental in strengthening market presence, advancing complex infrastructure programs, and aligning regional operations with long-term sustainability objectives.

Earlier in his career, Jerin held senior leadership positions at KEC International Ltd., including Profit Center Head for East Asia Pacific and Country Head for Thailand and the Philippines. During this tenure, he led significant expansion of the regional order book while delivering consistent execution excellence across ASEAN markets.

As APAC continues to scale investments in resilient, future-ready infrastructure, Jerin’s technical acumen and collaborative leadership style are expected to play a key role in shaping Black & Veatch’s growth trajectory across India and the broader region.
