Haryana is taking a major step toward becoming a global hub for innovation and enterprise. Nine Japanese companies have committed ₹5,000 crore to the Gurugram Global City project, a transformative initiative spanning 1,000 acres that will create employment for nearly 15,000 youth.
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini highlighted the state’s thriving investment environment, noting Haryana’s existing ecosystem of over 9,500 startups and 250+ Fortune 500 companies. The Gurugram Global City project builds on this foundation, blending strategic investment with modern infrastructure to drive sustainable growth.
To support the project, the government is expanding connectivity and industrial capacity through new national highways, logistics hubs, and manufacturing clusters, ensuring the region is ready for the next wave of global business and technological innovation.
