A seasoned leader with deep expertise in GCCs, shared services, and digital transformation, Shikha brings over three decades of experience across Accenture, Standard Chartered Bank, GE Capital, KPMG, and TAIB Bank. She has successfully led complex global operations and transformations across Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Analytics, leveraging AI, RPA, and advanced data strategies to deliver impactful business outcomes.
