Sanofi India Limited (SIL) has announced the appointment of Deepak Arora as its new Managing Director, subject to shareholder and Central Government approval.

With over three decades of global experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Deepak has held senior leadership roles spanning sales, marketing, and general management. His proven expertise in driving sustainable growth and operational excellence positions him well to lead Sanofi India’s next phase of transformation.

In his new role, Deepak will define and execute Sanofi’s strategic vision for India, fostering innovation, agility, and performance across the organization. He will also strengthen the company’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)—a cornerstone of Sanofi’s culture.

Aditya Narayan, Chairman of the Board, welcomed Deepak, expressing confidence that his leadership will further Sanofi’s mission to serve patients and advance healthcare innovation across India.
