Intas Pharmaceuticals has announced the appointment of Rohit Gupta as Associate Vice President – Human Resource, marking a significant addition to its leadership team. With nearly two decades of HR experience across leading organizations in the cement, automobile, and pharmaceutical sectors, Rohit brings a strong foundation in strategic HR leadership, employee relations, and organizational development.

Before joining Intas, Rohit served as General Manager & Site Head – HR at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where he led HR and administration for one of the company’s largest formulation manufacturing facilities. His previous roles include leadership positions at Mahindra & Mahindra, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, VE Commercial Vehicles (Volvo Group–Eicher JV), and ACC Limited, where he managed end-to-end HR operations and industrial relations.

At Intas, Rohit will focus on strengthening the HR ecosystem, fostering a culture of collaboration, and driving people-centric growth aligned with the company’s global vision.
