Deepak brings a distinguished career spanning over two decades across global technology, consulting, and finance domains. Before joining Mastek, he served as CFO at MarketsandMarkets™, where he successfully led fundraising, investor relations, and pre-IPO initiatives. His expertise in financial governance, capital efficiency, and value creation has consistently driven organizational growth and operational excellence.

Over the years, Deepak has held key leadership roles at Motorola Solutions, Dimension Data, HP, Wipro Technologies, Lodha & Co., and Group of Engineers, managing finance operations across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. A strong advocate of entrepreneurial growth, he has also mentored startups and advised emerging businesses.
