BDO India has announced the appointment of Rohit Nag as Associate Partner – Corporate Finance & Investment Banking, marking a significant addition to its leadership team.

With over two decades of experience across reputed organizations including Moglix, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd., Cipher-Plexus Capital Advisors, PwC, and Infosys Technologies Ltd., Rohit brings a strong track record in mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, and strategic finance.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, Rohit will play a key role in driving fundraising initiatives, M&A transactions, and post-merger integration strategies. His leadership is expected to strengthen BDO India’s position as a trusted advisor in the corporate finance domain.
