Eras Lodhi has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Kirloskar Chillers Private Limited. In this role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, leadership development initiatives, and organizational transformation agenda, supporting Kirloskar Chillers’ growth and innovation roadmap.

Lodhi brings around 24 years of experience in human resources leadership across diverse sectors including engineering, information technology, textiles, consulting, and consumer durables. Her expertise spans organizational transformation, talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and strategic talent acquisition.

Prior to joining Kirloskar Chillers, she held leadership positions at several prominent organizations. Her professional journey includes roles at Kirloskar Oil Engines, Voltas, Schneider Electric, Arvind Limited, Wipro, and SKF, where she contributed to HR transformation, workforce strategy, and leadership capability building.
