Bank al Etihad has appointed Heba Qasem as Chief Financial & Human Resources Officer – International & NBFI, reinforcing its leadership team as the organization continues to expand its international and non-banking financial services footprint.

A highly accomplished banking executive with more than two decades of experience, Heba brings deep expertise across financial governance, strategic finance, regulatory compliance, financial control, capital planning, human resources leadership, and organizational transformation.

Prior to joining Bank al Etihad, she served as Chief Finance Officer and Human Resources at INVESTBANK – Jordan, where she successfully led both functions, strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing financial transparency, and supporting sustainable business performance. Her career also includes leadership roles at Al Rajhi Bank Jordan and Capital Bank of Jordan, providing extensive experience in IFRS reporting, regulatory oversight, Islamic banking standards, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
