Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters has appointed Pranav Dahiya as its new Chief Business Officer, marking an important addition to the company’s leadership team as it continues its growth journey in India’s specialty coffee market.

Pranav brings nearly two decades of experience across consumer businesses, food & beverage, corporate strategy, finance, banking, business transformation, and P&L management.

Prior to joining Blue Tokai, he served as Chief Financial & Strategy Officer at Yum! Brands India (Pizza Hut) and was also a Board Member at Yum India. Earlier, he held key leadership positions at Chaayos, including CFO and Chief of Staff, where he played a significant role in scaling the business and strengthening financial performance. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Hero FinCorp, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ING, and Godrej.
