Korn Ferry has appointed Harish Bhatia as Head of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Projects, India. With over 16 years of experience at Korn Ferry, Harish has been instrumental in driving growth and transformation across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and India. He most recently served as Partner and Marquee Accounts Leader, Korn Ferry India, and has held key leadership positions including Vice President, KF Digital Ltd, APAC and Regional Director, Middle East & Africa.

In addition to his consulting expertise, Harish has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial acumen as the co-founder of Cleanovo India, a leading retail fabric care brand. His career began with consulting at Deloitte US, followed by retail leadership at Apparel Group and advisory roles with Hay Group in the Middle East.

In his new role, Harish will lead Korn Ferry’s RPO and Projects business in India, focusing on creating innovative, scalable workforce solutions for clients. His appointment reinforces Korn Ferry’s commitment to delivering excellence in talent strategy and workforce transformation.
