HDFC Life has elevated Neha Singh to Associate Vice President (AVP), Human Resources, East Zone, recognising her exemplary experience in HR management, employee relations and talent development.
Based in Patna, Bihar, Neha previously served as Zonal HR Lead, East, at HDFC Life, overseeing HR operations and supporting business requirements across the region. She has been associated with the insurance company for nearly nine years, progressing through leadership roles including Senior Manager, HR, and HR Business Partner.
During her tenure, Neha has managed diverse human resource responsibilities across Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha, with expertise in HR business partnering, employee engagement and people management.
Earlier in her career, she worked as an HR Business Partner at Bandhan Life, where she gained experience in recruitment, learning and development, performance management, employee relations and compensation management.
Her elevation reflects her continued growth in human resources leadership and her contribution to strengthening people management practices across the organisation.
