Gnani.ai has appointed visionary leader Hemant Pawar as Director and Head of Human Resources, effective October 2026. He will lead the company’s HR function as it continues to expand its conversational artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities and global presence.
Hemant Pawar brings over 11 years of experience across technology startups and the manufacturing sector, with expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, and HR technology and analytics.
Before joining Gnani.ai, he served as Head of HR Business Partnering for Technology, Product and Online Business at Lenskart.com. Earlier, he spent over six years at Clear, progressing to Director of Human Resources after serving as Associate Director - Human Resource Business Partner.
Throughout his career, Hemant Pawar has partnered with leadership teams to build high-performing teams and foster people-first workplace cultures across India, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Southeast Asia (SEA).
