EY has appointed Abhijeet Joshi as Director, effective October 2026. Based in India, he brings more than 16 years of experience across financial services, regulatory reporting, risk management, business transformation and process optimisation.
Before returning to EY, Abhijeet served as Associate Director at Deloitte, following an earlier four-year stint at EY where he progressed from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager. At EY, he worked across regulatory and liquidity reporting, finance transformation, data lineage, process controls and strategic client engagements.
Earlier, Abhijeet spent five years at eClerx, where he managed multiple financial operations teams and led initiatives spanning reconciliations, treasury reporting, user access controls and digital transformation. He also held leadership positions at Syntel, building experience in financial operations, governance and team management.
In his new role, Abhijeet will contribute to EY’s client engagements and growth priorities, leveraging his experience in financial services, regulatory processes, technology-enabled transformation and stakeholder management.
