Gerard Perret has joined Stryker as Vice President of Division Operations for Joint Replacement, bringing extensive experience in operations, procurement, supply chain management and strategic planning.
Before joining Stryker, Gerard built a substantial career at Verizon, where he held several leadership positions over more than 14 years. His roles included Executive Director of Network Procurement, Director of Global Procurement and Spend Analytics, Director of Wireless Network Supply Planning and Strategy, and Director of Supply and Demand Planning.
During his tenure at Verizon, he gained experience in procurement strategy, network supply planning, analytics and operational management. His professional background reflects a strong focus on aligning supply chain functions with business priorities and supporting operational efficiency across complex organisations.
In his new role at Stryker, Gerard will focus on division operations for Joint Replacement, contributing his leadership experience to the medical technology company’s operations in this business area.
His appointment marks a new chapter in his career, bringing together his experience in operational leadership and strategic supply chain management within the healthcare technology sector.
