Gaurav Sharma elevated to Vice President of Customer Success at Expenzing, following more than five years with the company across customer success leadership roles. Before taking on the VP position, He served as Assistant Vice President – Customer Success and Head – Customer Success, building extensive experience in customer engagement, service management and enterprise spend management solutions. His earlier career includes leadership and operational roles at Net Square Solutions, eClinicalWorks, India Roadside Assistance and Multicolor Digital Prints.
In his new role, he will focus on strengthening customer success initiatives, enhancing customer experience and supporting long-term client relationships at Expenzing. His experience spans customer success, strategic account management, sales engineering, operations and project management. At Expenzing, he has worked closely with organizations adopting digital transformation solutions across sourcing, procurement, accounts payable and employee expense management, contributing to customer adoption and business value.
