Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has appointed Visionary Leader Ganesh Ramachandran, PhD (Tech.), MBA, as Vice President and Delivery Manager - Peptides, marking a new chapter in his career in pharmaceutical manufacturing and process development.
Ganesh brings extensive experience in bioprocess technology, with expertise spanning process development, technology transfer, scale-up and Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) aspects of biosimilars.
His technical expertise includes downstream process development for small molecules, fermentation-based peptides and synthetic peptides, along with lyophilised formulation development. He has a strong background in scientific leadership, process characterisation, experimental design, contingency planning and budgeting.
In his leadership role, Ganesh will draw on his experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, developing technical protocols, managing process development activities and supporting technology transfer and scale-up initiatives. His expertise also encompasses technical documentation, staff training and mentoring, contributing to scientific excellence and operational effectiveness.
Ganesh holds a PhD (Tech.) and an MBA, combining technical knowledge with management expertise.
