Even raises $50 million to expand its hospital network in Bengaluru Health

The funding will support Even’s plans to add four hospitals in Bengaluru by the end of FY27, expanding its network beyond the two facilities it currently operates. The move marks a strategic shift towards strengthening its hospital infrastructure and delivering more integrated healthcare services.

As part of this transition, Even is scaling back its insurance business to focus on a hospital-led model. The approach aims to bring healthcare delivery closer to its core operations while expanding access to medical services.

Even claims to serve more than 2.5 lakh members across 10 cities, highlighting its existing reach in India’s managed healthcare market.

The latest funding is expected to support infrastructure expansion and strengthen the company’s ability to serve a growing customer base. Even’s strategy reflects a broader focus on integrated healthcare delivery, as startups explore models that combine medical services, hospital infrastructure and patient care.
