With over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, Dr. Pillai brings deep expertise in driving organizational transformation, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across multi-site hospital networks.

Prior to joining Yellow Fertility, he served as Interim COO and Vice President – Group Operations at IHPL, where he managed a ₹300+ crore healthcare portfolio encompassing hospitals, fertility divisions, and nursing education institutions. His leadership contributed to remarkable expansion and improved patient outcomes.

Dr. Pillai has also held senior roles at ASG Eye Hospital and Indira IVF Group, where he led digital transformation, operational turnarounds, and patient experience enhancement initiatives. An accomplished academic, he holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA in HR Management, and a PGDBA, blending analytical precision with a people-first philosophy.
