Dr Nitin Pathak has been elevated to the role of Associate Director at Chandigarh University, building on more than two decades of experience in higher education, academic leadership and management education. He has been associated with Chandigarh University since 2018, where he has served as Head of Department. Earlier, he held academic leadership and teaching positions including Associate Professor at RNB Global University, Auronya College and RBMI, Bareilly, along with serving as HOD-BBA at Invertis University.
In his expanded leadership role, he brings extensive experience in academic administration, departmental leadership, curriculum development and management education. His career reflects a strong focus on institutional development, faculty engagement and student-oriented academic initiatives. His progression from academic and departmental leadership roles to Associate Director reflects his continued contribution to the higher education ecosystem and Chandigarh University’s academic leadership framework.
