Deloitte India has appointed Dr. Gargi Ghorpade as Partner – Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), marking a significant leadership addition as the firm continues to strengthen its sustainability and responsible business advisory capabilities.

In her new role,Dr.Ghorpade will work closely with clients to drive ESG strategy, implementation, and impact-led transformation, supporting organizations in navigating complex sustainability, regulatory, and stakeholder expectations.

Commenting on the milestone,Dr.Ghorpade expressed gratitude to Pratiq Shah for the trust placed in her, and acknowledged the leadership and encouragement of Romal Shetty and Anthony Crasto.
