LyondellBasell has appointed Dharmesh Shah as Managing Director – APS, AfMEI, marking a new leadership chapter for the experienced business leader with more than 24 years of experience across specialty materials, chemicals and market-facing businesses.
Dharmesh brings extensive experience in spotting and nurturing growth opportunities, driving strategic change and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams across diverse business environments.
Prior to joining LyondellBasell, Dharmesh held leadership roles across Philips, Dow Corning, Multibase, MolyKote and Dow Chemicals. His expertise spans adhesives and sealants, coatings, potting, thermal and optical materials, specialty lubricants, thermoplastics, silicone rubber and semiconductor applications.
His geographic experience covers South Asia and the Middle East, with a strong focus on technical, marketing, customer service and manufacturing functions.
