Cipla Health Ltd. has appointed Gaurav Kaul as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, effective October 2026. He will lead the company’s business strategy, growth and commercial operations.
Gaurav joins the role from Cipla, where he most recently served as Chief Commercial Head – Rx, India Business. In this role, he led a ₹15,000+ crore India business and a 12,000+ strong organisation, overseeing commercial leadership and brand operations.
Before this, he served as Chief Commercial Head, Respiratory at Cipla, where he led the P&L for the respiratory category with a turnover of around ₹5,000 crore and helped its flagship respiratory brand achieve a leading market position.
Gaurav brings more than two decades of experience across healthcare, FMCG and consumer businesses, with earlier leadership roles at GSK Consumer Healthcare India, Novartis Consumer Healthcare, Cadbury, Conagra Brands, Coca-Cola and Pidilite Industries.
His extensive commercial and P&L leadership experience is expected to support Cipla Health’s next phase of growth.
