Delhivery has elevated visionary leader Prashant Gazipur as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), marking a significant leadership addition to drive the company’s operational excellence and business growth strategy.

Prashant brings exemplary experience across leading consumer internet, e-commerce, payments, and financial services companies. He began his leadership journey by helping establish Amazon’s logistics business in India, where he gained extensive operational expertise across national and zonal functions.

Prior to joining Delhivery, he held key leadership roles at Paytm, where he led e-commerce operations, customer acquisition for the payments bank, and built the B2B merchant business from the ground up. He also played a major role in scaling payment solutions for over 20 million merchants across India.

Known for building high-performing teams and driving results in dynamic business environments, Prashant’s customer-focused and innovation-driven leadership approach is expected to strengthen Delhivery’s logistics capabilities and accelerate its next phase of growth.
