Bhavna Corp. has announced the appointment of Deepak Bansal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking an important milestone in his accomplished HR leadership journey. With nearly two decades of experience across global HR strategy, talent acquisition, organisational culture, and people development, Deepak brings a strong and diverse foundation to this pivotal role.

He most recently served as Global Talent Acquisition Head at Royal Cyber Inc., where he led large-scale global hiring programmes and strengthened enterprise-wide talent capabilities. His prior leadership roles as Sr. Director – Global Talent, People & Culture at HiLabs and Director – Talent & Culture at apna further solidified his reputation as a people-first leader skilled in building high-performance cultures.

Deepak has also contributed significantly at UKG as Talent Acquisition Leader for Product Engineering, and earlier, as Founder & Director – Talent & Culture at Alpha Fortress & Talentwiser, where he designed talent frameworks for leading tech organisations. His foundational years at Samsung Electronics, Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, and FIS enriched his expertise in HR operations, recruitment transformation, and global workforce strategy.

In his new role at Bhavna Corp., Deepak will lead global people strategy, culture transformation, and leadership development initiatives aligned with the organisation’s long-term vision.
