With a distinguished career spanning HR strategy, talent development, DEI, culture transformation, and people innovation, Purva brings deep expertise across Web3, Banking, EdTech, AI, and Fintech sectors.

Most recently, she served as CHRO & Co-Founder, advising global MNCs and fast-growing startups on culture, leadership, and talent architecture. Before that, she built the People Operations function at Biconomy, introducing decentralized, remote-first talent frameworks and embedding Web3-native operating models.

At WhiteHat Jr, Purva led a multi-country cultural transformation across a 9,000-employee workforce, strengthening engagement and leadership pathways. Her 16+ year tenure at Genpact shaped her global HR leadership credentials, where she drove AI-powered reskilling programs, DEI transformation, and large-scale enterprise talent strategies across 25 countries.

With her proven ability to scale talent ecosystems and build high-performing cultures, Purva is well-positioned to lead Capgemini’s global talent agenda for Business Services.
