In her new role, Sirisha will lead the strategy and execution of Enablr, Covasant’s AI-first GCC Practice, with a mandate to design differentiated operating models, scale high-impact capabilities, and deliver measurable business outcomes for global enterprises. She will work closely with senior leadership and client executives to strengthen GCC value propositions across innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
Sirisha brings extensive experience in GCC strategy, enterprise advisory, and transformation leadership, having worked closely with CXOs and global organizations to design, scale, and optimize capability centers. Her professional background spans consulting-led environments and large transformation programs, where she has focused on building future-ready operating models, driving execution rigor, and aligning technology, talent, and governance with business priorities.
