Christine Kirbach has taken on the role of Chief People & Technology Officer at Elektrobit, bringing together her experience in human resources leadership, organisational development and technology management. The appointment reflects the growing importance of aligning people strategies with technology priorities in the evolving automotive software industry.
Christine has been associated with Elektrobit since November 2022, initially serving as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Beyond her corporate role, Christine contributes to higher education and leadership development. She has served as a guest lecturer at Hochschule Fresenius University of Applied Sciences and has been a member of its Board of Trustees, supporting academic engagement and institutional development.
Her professional experience also includes serving as interim Chief Customer Officer at Culcha.
In her expanded role, Christine brings a combination of people leadership and technology expertise to Elektrobit.
