CBRE has appointed Anuj Kadyan as Chief Technology and Transformation Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates innovation, enterprise transformation, and technology-driven growth across global commercial real estate and infrastructure services.

Anuj joins CBRE after an outstanding 17-year career at McKinsey & Company, where he served as Senior Partner and Global Leader of the firm’s Technology Services practice. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in advising leading technology service providers and enterprises on strategy, operational excellence, AI transformation, and large-scale business growth initiatives across more than 20 countries.

He previously led McKinsey India’s TMT practice and served as Managing Partner of the Delhi office, in addition to leadership roles across Atlanta, London, Gurugram, and New Jersey. His extensive global experience and deep expertise in technology and AI transformation position him strongly to lead CBRE’s strategy, technology, and transformation agenda worldwide.
