Byju Kollon has joined Information Services Group (ISG) as Global Head of Delivery for BFSI Governance Services, marking a significant leadership transition in the global advisory and governance landscape. The appointment comes after an illustrious 27-year career at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he played a pivotal role in shaping large-scale delivery, governance, and transformation programs for global banking and financial services institutions.

During his tenure at TCS, Kollon was widely recognized for building and leading high-performance global teams, strengthening BFSI governance frameworks, and enabling clients to achieve operational resilience, regulatory alignment, and long-term value creation. His experience spans complex delivery models, risk and compliance oversight, client advisory, and enterprise-scale transformation across global markets.

In his new role at ISG, Kollon will lead global delivery for BFSI Governance Services, with a sharp focus on strategic advisory, governance excellence, and sustainable business outcomes for financial services clients navigating regulatory complexity, digital transformation, and evolving risk landscapes.
