British Council has elevated Ankit Agarwal to Global Head of Customer Operations, marking an important leadership addition as it continues to strengthen its digital and technology capabilities. In his new role, Ankit will lead customer operations across 80 countries, driving target operating model initiatives, strengthening global service delivery platforms, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready operations aligned with long-term organizational goals.

Ankit brings extensive leadership experience from within the British Council, having previously served as Vice President and Assistant Vice President, where he led business services transformation and BPO strategy. His journey positions the group to build a strong foundation for long-term organizational success.
