Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Ltd. has appointed Rohit Santhosh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bombay Realty, effective 18 September 2025, under the company’s senior management framework.

Santhosh brings over 17 years of extensive experience in the Indian real estate sector, with a strong track record across residential, commercial, industrial, and renewable projects. He has held key leadership roles at CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji, delivering high-impact projects that blend operational excellence with sustainable development.

A graduate of NIT Allahabad and an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (Hyderabad), Rohit combines technical expertise with strategic vision. At Bombay Realty, he will spearhead the company’s growth and innovation initiatives, focusing on expanding project footprints, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable developments across all business verticals.
