Blackbaud, a global leader in software for powering social impact, has announced the opening of its newly expanded office in Hyderabad, an important milestone in its worldwide growth and AI innovation strategy. The state-of-the-art facility will function as a centre for advanced product development, AI-driven solutions, and cloud engineering, supporting nonprofits and social impact organizations across the globe.

The new office was inaugurated by Mike Gianoni, President and CEO of Blackbaud, who highlighted India’s growing influence in global technology. “Hyderabad continues to be a powerhouse for innovation. This expanded office strengthens our ability to build transformative AI capabilities that help customers drive meaningful social impact,” Gianoni said during the launch.

Sudhakara Banda, Vice President and Managing Director of Blackbaud India, emphasized the strategic importance of the India team in shaping the company’s future platforms. “Our enhanced presence will accelerate product development, elevate customer experience, and bring next-generation AI features to market faster,” he noted.
