Billtrust, a B2B Cash Generation Platform, has inaugurated its new 40,000 sq. ft. Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, formally establishing its India operations.
Located at Mindspace IT Park, Madhapur, the facility has capacity for up to 250 employees and is backed by a ₹450 crore investment commitment over three years. The centre will develop capabilities across engineering, AI development and operations to support Billtrust’s global business.
Under the leadership of Farhad H. Baria, Country Head, India GCC, Billtrust has grown its Hyderabad team to 100 employees within six months. The company plans to build the centre into a long-term technology and capability hub.
Billtrust operates a global platform serving 2,600 B2B suppliers and 20 million buyers, with more than $1 trillion in annual trade credit volume. Its Hyderabad team will contribute to the technology and AI infrastructure supporting these operations.
The Bigger Picture: Hyderabad continues to attract global companies establishing GCCs focused on engineering, AI and digital capabilities, strengthening the city’s role as a technology and innovation hub.
