Bharat Precision Industries has appointed Dr. Rajesh Goel as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 2026. In his new role, Rajesh will focus on building a scalable commercial and operating framework, driving market expansion and supporting the company’s growth ambitions.
Rajesh brings more than 25 years of experience across manufacturing, operations, business transformation and strategic growth. Before joining Bharat Precision Industries, he served as Chief Executive Officer, Casting Business at Revent Group, where he managed a business with approximately Rs 500 crore in revenue and focused on growth, profitability and operational excellence.
Earlier, Rajesh was Vice President, Alloy Wheel Business at UNO MINDA Group, where he led an approximately Rs 850 crore business with P&L responsibility and drove automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives. He also served as Vice President, India Operations at Sage Metals, managing three manufacturing facilities with a turnover exceeding Rs 550 crore.
His earlier leadership experience includes roles at Sigma Engineered Solutions, Escorts Limited, DCM Engineering, Mitsui Kinzoku Components India and OSRAM.
At Bharat Precision Industries, Rajesh will focus on growth, M&A, joint ventures, IPO readiness, automation, digitalisation and process transformation, aligned with the group’s Rs 1,000 crore FY2030 target.
