Bajaj Finance Ltd. has announced the appointment of Jennifer Mathew Fernandes as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing the company’s commitment to building a future-ready workforce and a culture of excellence.

With over two decades of HR leadership experience, Jennifer has been a driving force behind strategic talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement within the Bajaj Group. In her previous role as Deputy CHRO at Bajaj Finance, she led HR Partnering, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition for over 40,000 employees, playing a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy.

She has also served as CHRO at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited, and earlier held leadership roles at Bajaj Finserv and L&T Finance, where she established robust HR frameworks and compensation strategies.
