Shyamakant brings more than two decades of experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, biologics, diagnostics, hospital business, injectable manufacturing, and international operations. Known for driving transformation and operational excellence, he has successfully led large-scale business expansion initiatives across highly competitive global healthcare markets.

Before joining Apothecon Pharmaceuticals, he served as CEO at Gland Pharma Limited, where he managed operations across India and Europe while leading injectable and biologics CDMO growth strategies.

His distinguished leadership journey also includes senior positions at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Abbott, Rivaara Labs, and Wockhardt Ltd. Across these organizations, he played a key role in commercialization, diagnostics expansion, healthcare innovation, and market growth across India, Africa, CIS, LATAM, Gulf countries, and Southeast Asia.
