ACKO has announced the promotion of Trisha Agarwal to Associate Director – Talent Acquisition, recognizing her impactful contributions to talent strategy, workforce scaling, and leadership hiring within the fast-growing fintech ecosystem.

Over the years, Trisha has built a strong talent acquisition leadership journey across high-growth fintech and consulting organizations. Her elevation at ACKO reflects her expertise in strategic hiring, employer branding, leadership recruitment, and building high-performing teams in dynamic digital businesses.

Prior to joining ACKO, she spent more than five years at Freo, where she played a key role in scaling the company’s workforce, strengthening employer branding initiatives, streamlining recruitment operations, and successfully leading several leadership and CXO-level hiring mandates.

Earlier in her career, at EY, she managed large-scale and niche hiring across finance, analytics, ETL, and data science functions while earning multiple promotions during her tenure.
