SBI Securities has appointed Aniket Talati as an Independent Director, marking a new addition to the company’s board leadership. Aniket shared the announcement on LinkedIn, highlighting his new position at the financial services firm.
Aniket brings extensive experience in accounting, auditing, financial governance and strategic advisory. He served as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for 2023-24 and is a partner at Talati & Talati LLP. His professional experience includes contributing to key financial and regulatory institutions in India.
Between February 2023 and January 2024, Aniket served on the boards of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, the National Financial Reporting Authority and the Government Accounting Standards Advisory Board. He also served on the Audit Advisory Board of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. Earlier in his career, he worked as an articled assistant with Lovelock & Lewes, a PwC-associated audit firm.
His appointment brings financial expertise and governance experience to SBI Securities’ board.
