Ambuja Neotia Group has announced a strategic investment of ₹700 crore to develop an integrated healthcare and hospitality project in Guwahati, marking a significant advancement in North-East India’s infrastructure landscape. The announcement was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) exchanged in the presence of Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
The proposed development will feature a 300-bed multi-speciality hospital alongside a premium hospitality facility, designed to deliver advanced medical services while supporting the region’s growing demand for quality healthcare. The initiative reflects a focused effort to bridge critical healthcare gaps and enhance accessibility to specialized treatment across the North-East.
This large-scale investment is expected to catalyze medical tourism, generate employment opportunities, and position Guwahati as a prominent healthcare hub. It also underscores the Group’s long-term commitment to infrastructure-led growth and regional development, in collaboration with state authorities and key stakeholders.
