Neha Mittal has joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as Head of Startups, ASEAN, based in Singapore. In her new role, she will lead AWS’s startup ecosystem across Southeast Asia, empowering founders and innovators to build, scale, and accelerate growth using AWS’s cloud and AI capabilities.

A seasoned business leader with cross-functional experience across Microsoft, McKinsey, MakeMyTrip, and multiple startups, Neha brings deep expertise in driving billion-dollar sales transformations, building high-performance teams, and nurturing customer-centric innovation.

Before joining AWS, Neha served as Enterprise Business Lead for Digital Natives, Asia Growth Markets at Microsoft, where she led strategic initiatives across ANZ, ASEAN, and Japan. Her leadership journey spans pivotal roles in business strategy, partnerships, and digital transformation, earning her recognition as one of the youngest members of Microsoft India’s leadership team.

Neha’s appointment reflects AWS’s continued commitment to strengthening its startup engagement and innovation ecosystem in the ASEAN region.
