Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Ltd has appointed Anshika Dhawan as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), entrusting her with leading the company’s marketing strategy during a pivotal phase of transformation. In her new role, Anshika will focus on strengthening brand equity, driving consumer-centric growth, and supporting Amara Raja’s long-term vision across energy storage, mobility solutions, and emerging new-age technologies.
Anshika brings nearly two decades of experience spanning global energy, FMCG, and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Amara Raja, she spent over seven years at Shell, most recently serving as Global Sector Marketing Manager, and earlier as Head of Marketing – Consumer Automotive India, where she led large-scale brand, portfolio, and growth initiatives.
Her earlier leadership roles at AkzoNobel, PepsiCo, and Philips have given her deep expertise in category marketing, brand strategy, and integrated business planning across diverse markets. Anshika’s appointment underscores Amara Raja’s focus on building a future-ready brand aligned with innovation, sustainability, and evolving customer expectations in the energy and mobility ecosystem.
