Allergan Aesthetic an AbbVie company, has announced the appointment of Kalyan Sattaru as Country Manager, India, marking a key milestone in his distinguished 20-year career across healthcare and consumer industries.

In his new role, Kalyan will lead Allergan Aesthetics’ India operations, focusing on business growth, market expansion, and science-led innovation to empower individuals with greater confidence. His proven leadership in team building, strategic execution, and operational excellence positions him to steer the company in India’s fast-evolving aesthetics market.

Before joining Allergan Aesthetics, Kalyan served as General Manager at Abbott Diabetes Care – South Asia, advancing glucose monitoring technologies across the region. He has also held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Coats, and Asian Paints.

A graduate of the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, with degrees in Engineering and Law, Kalyan brings a rare multidisciplinary perspective to his leadership approach.

His appointment reinforces Allergan’s commitment to purposeful growth and innovation in the Indian aesthetics landscape.
